BRIS is a Character First! Company

In 2006, BRIS embarked on an initiative to build a character based culture. It chose the Character First! programme from Character Training Institute (www.characterfirst.com) to help us do this. Through the programme, BRIS is better able to deliver products and services of quality with a people that are motivated to practice good character. BRIS is still working with its team and looks forward to benefiting all its stakeholders, including customers, with this initiative. As part of this programme, we have changed the way we hire and promote people in the organization. Character comes first and therefore we hire and promote for character.
