 A: BRIS obtains all the relevant information from the Statutory Bodies, Subscribers and supplement it from the public domain such as newspaper, courts, gazette and etc. It will create a truly comprehensive snapshot of a subject's present and past track record.

 A: BRIS can provide credit information to approved subscribers such as i) credit grantors who are considering granting or have granted you credit, ii) employers considering you for employment and iii) anyone else with a legitimate business need for the information.

 A: BRIS does not classify any accounts as default accounts. It merely reflects this information after the Subscriber has classified it as such.

 A: The credit report will provide the following:- " Your full name, Identity number, Current and previous addresses. " Statutory records on bankruptcy, litigation cases and defaulter records. " Number of enquiries made by different Subscribers. " Interest in other companies or businesses.
 
9. Q: What type of information is not included in an Individual credit report?
 A: BRIS database does not contain the following:- " Personal income details. " Amount deposited with the Bank. " Details of assets and liabilities.

 A:You are required to contact BRIS immediately and submit the necessary documentary proof. BRIS will then be responsible to verifying and changing or removing incorrect data.
